Scope of application
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all contracts between “OR Laser Service” (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as ‘Customer’) for the purchase of products and services on the Provider's website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).
1.2. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

Subject matter of the contract
2.1. The provider offers products and services for sale on its website.
2.2. The products and services presented on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to submit such an offer.

Conclusion of contract
3.1. The customer can place an order via the provider's web shop. After selecting the products and services, the customer enters their personal data and payment details. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
3.2. The provider confirms receipt of the customer's order immediately after it has been submitted by means of an automated email (“order confirmation”). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely informs the customer that the order has been received.

3.3. The purchase contract is only concluded when the provider declares acceptance of the customer's order or ships the ordered product to the customer. The customer will be informed of the acceptance of the offer by email (“shipping confirmation”).

Prices and payment terms
4.1. The prices stated on the website include statutory value added tax and other price components, but exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
4.2. The customer can make payment by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods specified on the website.

4.3. The purchase price is due for payment immediately.

Delivery terms and shipping costs
5.1. The ordered products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer.
5.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and availability and will be communicated to the customer on the website.

5.3. Additional costs may be incurred for shipping. These will be clearly communicated to the customer before the order is placed.

Right of withdrawal
6.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the provider of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

6.3. In the event of an effective revocation, the provider must refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the provider received notification of the revocation of the contract.

Warranty
7.1. The statutory warranty provisions apply.

Limitation of liability
8.1. The provider shall only be liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless the damages result from injury to life, limb, or health.

Data protection
9.1. The provider collects and processes the customer's personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the contract and comply with legal requirements. Further information on data processing can be found in the provider's privacy policy.

Final provisions
10.1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

10.2. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10.3. The place of performance and jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in connection with this contract is the registered office of the provider, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
