The universal laser solution. Fully enclosed fibre welding.
The CWS (Closed Welding System) is OR's fully enclosed fibre welding system — a universal solution that keeps the laser safely contained while the operator works at the front. A motor-controlled X-Y-Z table carries up to 250 kg on a 500 × 410 mm hole-pattern plate, with up to five-axis control and a 300 mm z-stroke. Parameters are set from a touch display; integrated smoke extraction keeps the enclosure clear and Autoweld runs automated welding cycles. Crane loading and a broad accessory range adapt it to heavy or awkward parts. Yb:YAG fibre source, 120 to 300 W, water/air or water/water cooling, 450 kg.
