Do you still service older OR machines?
Yes. We service the entire OR installed base – from the first ECO LASER, through PICCO LASER, LASER CAB, HTS MOBILE, EVO MOBILE and LRS EVO 2, to the current HTS, LRS and CWS series. No generation is too old to put back into production.
Do you come to us, or do we send the part in?
Both, depending on the service tier. Tier 01 (Bench) is depot service with no contract: you send the part to Groß-Zimmern, we repair it and send it back, and you pay per job. Tiers 02 and 03 bring on-site service worldwide.
What happens when we call about a fault?
Your first call is answered by an engineer, not a queue. It starts with a diagnostic conversation. From there it is either a spare-part dispatch from Groß-Zimmern or an on-site visit. Every job closes with recalibration and a beam-quality check.
What service tiers do you offer?
Three tiers. Tier 01 Bench: depot repair, no contract, you pay per job. Tier 02 Standard: on-site service worldwide. Tier 03 Industrial: on-site service worldwide, including scheduled preventive maintenance.
