HTS-F
The mobile all-rounder. Laser technology for large and small work pieces.
The HTS combines flexibility with stability — repairing small precision parts for the aviation industry as well as large injection moulds for bumper production. The system rolls to the workpiece and locks on its brakes. Motorised X/Y/Z and r-axis travel runs from a digital joystick with teach-in, setting the welding position to within 0.1 mm. A swivel arm and movable resonator make welding large components almost independent of geometry; with the optical extension and 360° swivel optics, recessed areas stay reachable. Leica binoculars (10× or 16×) give a precise view down to the smallest detail. The HTS-F runs a Yb:YAG fibre source from 150 to 600 W, air-cooled, in a 250 kg mobile chassis.
