Can you weld parts for us, rather than selling us a machine?
Yes. Send us the part, the drawing, or the broken assembly. Our welders run the catalogue's machines every day and weld your part on the same equipment you would buy from us.
Where is the welding done?
In our own shop in Groß-Zimmern. The part travels to us; the work is not passed to a subcontractor. Inspection happens in the same building, and parts are dispatched from there.
Do you take single parts, or only production runs?
Both. Single-part repair welding for tool and die work, small-batch fabrication from prototype up to 1,000 pieces, and series production.
Can we see a weld before committing to a production run?
Yes. For any series of 50 pieces or more the sample weld is free. We weld a sample, post it back to you, and production starts only once you have signed it off.
What quality control do you run on a production job?
Every part passes visual and dimensional inspection before dispatch. Production runs under ISO 9001 with full material traceability, and a weld log is kept for every batch. If you need that documentation supplied with the parts, tell us when you request the quote.
