Overview
Hands-on training programmes that range from two-day operator basics to five-day welding-engineer certification. All courses end with a part the trainee has welded themselves, signed off by an OR LASER engineer.
How it works

We map your shop's parts and processes to a custom syllabus, or pick a standard course.

Whiteboard session on physics, safety, parameter selection, and process control.

Each trainee runs the machine on real fixtures, weld after weld.

An OR LASER engineer reviews each trainee's welded sample and signs the certificate.
