Overview
Hands-on training programmes that range from two-day operator basics to five-day welding-engineer certification. All courses end with a part the trainee has welded themselves, signed off by an OR Laserservice engineer.
How it works
We map your shop's parts and processes to a custom syllabus, or pick a standard course.
Whiteboard session on physics, safety, parameter selection, and process control.
Each trainee runs the machine on real fixtures, weld after weld.
An OR Laserservice engineer reviews each trainee's welded sample and signs the certificate.
Questions
Is training included when we buy a machine?
No. Training is not bundled into a machine purchase. We offer it on request and quote it separately for the specific programme you need. Tell us who needs training and on what, and we will put a quote together.
Where does the training take place?
Either at our workshop in Groß-Zimmern or at your own site.
Who is the training for?
Operator through engineer level. We can map your own parts and processes into a custom syllabus, or run a standard course.
What does a trainee leave with?
A part they have welded themselves. Every course ends with an OR Laserservice engineer reviewing each trainee's welded sample and signing it off.
