OR laser welding systems are in service worldwide, current and legacy alike. An OR authorization lets a service workshop repair and maintain them where they stand — with our parts, our training and our support.
For workshops that already keep machines running.
The programme is for independent service workshops and in-house maintenance departments with their own engineers — people who service production equipment today, and who have OR machines, or the owners of OR machines, within reach.
OR authorizes those workshops to work on the machines it builds. Authorization is granted series by series: you take on the OR series your technicians are trained for, and you take on more as they are trained for more.
What it covers. Repair, maintenance and OEM parts for OR laser welding systems. It does not cover selling machines — OR sells its systems directly, and an authorization carries no right to resell them.

Tell us where you are, what your technicians already service, and which OR series you expect to take on. We reply with the terms and the training scope, not a brochure.
Four conditions: your own engineers, a bench to take a machine in, technicians you can release for training, and a signed agreement.
Training, as required.
Authorization includes the training your technicians need for the OR series you take on — the first course and later refreshers. The scope is set with you before the agreement is signed, and reviewed whenever the series you cover change. It is part of the authorization, not a separate purchase.
Training bought alongside a machine is a different arrangement and is quoted on its own.
What “your region” means.
Your region is the area your own engineers can reach. You tell us where that is, and it is recorded in your agreement. When an owner in that area contacts us, we pass the enquiry to you — you are closer to them than we are.
It is not an exclusive territory. OR may authorize more than one partner in the same country or the same area, and each enquiry goes to whoever can reach that machine. Exclusivity, where it applies at all, is a matter for the signed partner contract; this page grants none.
What we ask of you.
Four conditions. They are the reason an authorization is worth anything to the owner of the machine.
Your own engineers.
Technicians on your payroll who service equipment today — not a crew bought in per job.
A bench to work on.
Power, extraction and floor space to take a machine in, and the tools to work on one on site.
Technicians you can release.
The first course runs in Groß-Zimmern or at your site. Either way, your people have to be free for it.
A signed agreement.
Authorization is granted in writing — the series you cover, the region you named, the terms both sides sign.
